In order to achieve an A grade target you must complete this task successfully. There are a couple of ways this document could be produced.

• HTML form such as this one
• Questionaire regarding the possible success of your product or similar

If the document is to be of the standard required to achieve the A grade it must make appropriate use of lines, borders, shading, tables, graphics and writing style. It must also be easy to understand and easy to use to enter data and retrieve the information collected.

Use the Word Processor or any web page software (Dreamweaver, Frontpage, HoTMetaL, etc.) to produce your work.

Don't forget to annotate and show development in your work. An easy way to do this is to save each revision of your work with a different filename and comment on improvement as you go.
