You will need to create a PowerPoint presentation to examine different methods of communicating information and the technologies that support them, to include:

• information sources, plans and annotated draft copies of documents/communications to show their development to meet their purpose
   
• final versions of documents/communications that meet their purpose
   
• the use of a range of software tools and techniques to achieve the desired impact
   
• an evaluation of the documents/communications produced and your performance in completing the task
   
• descriptions of the technologies that support different methods of communication

Your presentation must contain existing information that you have adapted along with a list of all your sources (try to get at least one book, one magazine or newspaper article and information from the web).

Your presentation should be at least 8 slides long excluding the front slide and the last slide which will contain your list of sources. Your slides, along with handouts, should be printed with annotation describing how you put the show together.

Include bullet points, number lists, clip art, lines and borders in your final presentation.
