The deciding factor in producing a document is the style i.e. does the document do what you intended?
Is your document written for the correct audience (Child or Adult, Business person or customer?)
Are you grabbing the attention of your intended audience?
Are you presenting the information you want your reader to know clearly?
Have you included too much information?
Have you said enough and is it clear and easy to understand?
Remember to pitch your language at the right level - don't confuse or lose your audience e.g. ever started to read a letter and couldn't undertand it or follow a line of thought?
Remember to use relevant information and try not to include useless pieces of text or pointless graphic images.
