Example: We have a graphic object (such as a piece of clip art
or an object created with the Drawing toolbar), and we want to assign a macro
to that object.
1.
Right click the object and choose Assign Macro.
2.
Select the macro that you want to be associated with
this object and click OK.
3.
Click away from the object to de-select it.
4.
Once you've assigned a macro, any time the mouse pointer
moves over the object, the pointer will change to a pointing hand. (If
there is not a macro assigned to the object, the pointer changes to a four-headed
arrow.) Clicking on the object runs the macro.
5.
If you need to modify the object, you cannot click to
select it, because that runs the macro. Instead, right click on the
object and choose Format Object.
